In the heart of the Brighton Lanes we offer a creative mix of modern and authentic Chinese cuisinewith a sprinkling of Japanese and Thai favourites.
As well as our fantastic menu, with equally fantastic staff, we pride ourselves in our restaurant looks; from polished bamboo flooring to bespoke modern silk shades, we have strived for a dining area with a contemporary Oriental atmosphere.

Gars is arranged over three floors and has two function rooms with a private bar. With private dining from 12 to 120 we enjoy satisfying both small or larger parties.
